Her trying out Timmy’s Cort B5 at JB Park Square, pretty sweet-sounding! Also not an elephant on my myanchormywife’s tired shoulders. That evening at Roadhouse was the first time in ages that she was able to play comfortably, without slouching. And yes the images are so cherry, she picked this one over the less purple less artsy-looking one—the bass isn’t really that yellow. Google swamp ash. :)
Something
so sad about bass harmonics compared to guitar ones. I also only just realized why i find violins too, i dunno, keening? And why i was/am so attracted to the cello (i wanted to learn it—i still do—but never had the money for it).

Greenmeadows jazzternoon. There was an immensely fat labradog called Salsa! Didn’t get to take a picture of her though.

Wilderness, jam at some rehearsal studio near J.P. Rizal/Makati Ave. The others weren’t there yet, well Nikki was but he didn’t fit in the frame (sorry kapsi). Pre-Malate. She played bass in lieu of Allan who was doing guitars that night. I took this through the window in the studio door ‘cause it was rather cramped inside.

POLARPIPIBABYBEAR! She’s half-Himalayan half-idunnowhat, with greyish (lilac point) markings and extremely light blue eyes. We ninja’d her from Abby C’s kitteh clan, thank you! She likes warm baths (or tolerates them at least) and eating and eating some more and silvervine powder, paper toys and USB cables and such. She is also hyperactive and fat and floofy, and likes cheek-rubbing and touching people’s faces. Click the thumbs to embiggen. :3
SHE ALSO PLAYS FETCH. LIKE A DOG. ♥

Day and night # 2, has your plan worked yet? No? SO SURREH~
shanksspeare asked: This is terribly random, but--I just read Haruki Murakami's South of the Border, West of the Sun. I was trying to discover the meaning of "Frogs without webs", and when I was tooling around the internet for an explanation, your post was one of the first results. Could you maybe explain to me what is being referred to (if you know, it seemed like you did)?
Hi! The phrase “snail without a shell” is used too; it basically means vulnerability. A frog without webbing between its toes cannot swim or glide/jump from one place to another properly
