The Darklight Awakening

Fete de la Musique, not as awesome as last year but still good. My last jam with my mother on the main stage before she left for Seattle with my sister, felt a bit sad. I am going to miss my sister and I am going to miss how ridiculously funny my mother actually is. Pretty awesome Conscious and the Goodness set at Heckle, Maxx (my dad’s student who might also actually be my brother) sat with me while she played. Mike was in the light and everyone else was kind of standing in the dark, so my photos of Jesser and her are kind of try-hard weird looking (and it was too dark to get a shot of Wendell), only Mike’s photos came out okay. Pretty cool Humanfolk set at St. Giles, though I was rather tired already and it was a tad awkward for me because of the presence of a namesake. We missed Hijo because we went home right after St. Giles, a bit of a shame then again we can see them another time anyway.
